Financial Analysis Supervisor—500 MNC background company
Our company is one leading European provider of energy services; we are open our business all of world, and now we have more than 100 offices in 40 countries. Now in Beijing, we are looking for one Finance Analyst for our Beijing finance team, please read our specific requirements below;

Objective
1. Validate subsidiaries’ reports and submit to group consolidation department
2. Maintain reporting system and coordinate reporting requirements between our groups headquarter and subsidiaries.
3. Follow up local reporting quality in aspects of accuracy and submission timelines.
4. Analyze financial statements to explain the performance of the entities and their financial situation.
5. Provide detailed analysis for the management on the key business drivers of each entity.
6. Provide comparison analysis of financial and operational data versus budget and prior year result, to support the management in implementing action plans and strategy, as well as meeting their budget targets.
7. Provide specific analysis on key transactions to support the management in their decision-making process.
8. Provide the analysis reports required by regional management and our Headquarters

Responsibilities
1. Completion data input in reporting system for all subsidiaries
2. Reporting accuracy and submission on time with coordination of reporting requirement and reporting guidelines
3. Provide trainings of reporting system usage and maintain reporting system usage including function change and updates.
4. Review monthly report of each subsidiary to understand business results and financial situation.
5. Review local analysis report and Key performance indicators
6. Actively participate in monthly performance review meetings with local subsidiaries
7. Prepare presentation of monthly performance review for management and our Headquarters;
8. Review budget/forecast/strategic plan of each subsidiary, and prepare comparison analysis report for management of company Asia and Headquarters.
9. Provide specific financial analysis as required by the management, including investment analysis etc.
10. Be in charge of utilization of Consolidation tool, Analytics tools for more effective and valuable analysis.
11. Participate in internal audit for local subsidiaries.

Experience
1. More than 3 years of reporting and consolidation, or financial analysis work, or 5 years of work experience in finance/audit/accounting in foreign company.
2. More than 3 years as financial control and/or Cost Controller
3. IFRS knowledge
4. PRC GAAP knowledge
5. Experience in Financial control and/or Cost control
6. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, good team player
7. Ability to perform well in a dynamic environment and under pressure with tight deadlines.
8. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
