Department: Business Development

Report to: Director - Business Development

Subordinate: None

Location: Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chengdu/Dalian/Beijing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for inspection, maintenance and adjustment of products in use, to ensure customers' system operating in economic conditions

2. Support customers to change oil/MWF during the start up phase when charging from competitors' products

3. Deal with customers' complaints on time, and help customers to solve technical problems on site

4. Take samples on site and liaise with sales team and AEM to analyze testing result and advise solutions

5. Summarize timely technical service's data and result from customers

6. Provide improvement suggestions on on-site equipment, process and other related materials (e.g. lubricants), so as to meet operation requirements

7. EHS responsibility

Feedback customers' environment, health and safety requirement

Support the EHS management and activities in the department

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree, engineering preferred

2. Technical background from the machine tool and manufacturing industry

3. At least 2 years hands on experience in machining metal parts and components, some experience in MWF maintenance and system cleaning preferred, or some experience in machine lubrication application preferred

4. Good on site technical service and problem trouble shooting skills

5. Good personality and communication skills

6. Basic English spoken and written skills

7. Competent on computer skills

1. Internal: Sales, Product Managers, Manager Application Engineering, R&D, QC
