The key job responsibilities:
a. Sound & balanced business support and control.
b. Form a sustain and high effectiveness FA and operation team.
c. Drive and lead the team to achieve aggressive business goal, and make sure WW & Region strategy healthy implementation.
d. Make sure smooth and healthy business operation.
f. Manage forecast, budget and business plan development processes, review submissions, identify risks and opportunities, and challenge companies at an appropriate level.
g. Make sure business meet all GAAP and finance policy requirement.

The goals and objectives:
a. Achieve plan objectives by providing proactive finance support to business management.
Set aggressive goals exceed aspire revenue and margins
b. Improve business cost efficiencies. Create scenario plans & review all options, including real estate.
c. Continue finance cost efficiencies to meet goals especially thru process improvement & collaboration with other business units & shared services.
d. Educate finance staff to specifically focus slides and information for improved business decisions。
Implement activities to improve feedback areas which are critical to finance employees

Qualifications:
－ Master(graduate)'s degree
－ Certified public accountant(cpa)
－ In-depth knowledge of management methodologies
－ Theoretical understanding of finance at entry
－ Accounting knowledge
－ In depth knowledge of financial systems
－ Practical/process experience for problem diagnosis and variance analysis
－ Prior experience in finance or accounting roles
－ Industry experience
－ Project management and consulting experience
－ International and multi-cultural mindset
－ Problem-solving and analysis skills
－ Eye for detail and accuracy
