职位描述
Key Duties/ Responsibilities
? Gain in-depth knowledge of the ADInstruments highly technical research and education product range and have the ability to advise customers on the correct solution to meet their class requirements.
? Train sales staffs with basic knowledge of the ADInstruments product, which is enough for their sales activity.
? Check every configuration of every contract before it to be signed.
? Cooperate with Global Training and Support Team.
? Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on supporting and service.
? Maintain and increase our current customer database through our customer relations management (Salesforce.com) software.
? Ensure that pertinent information gathered during support and service activity is entered into the company's Salesforce.com system.
? Train and advise existing and new customers on using our hardware and software in high level.
? Develop and execute an annual workshop/exhibition plan for managing assigned territory, updated quarterly.
? Attend workshop, exhibitions and conferences when required.
Qualifications and Skills Required
? A science or education-based master degree or above (preferably physiology, pharmacology or neuroscience)
? Proficiency in spoken/writing English
? Frequent domestic travel within China
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills
? Laboratory research experience is strongly preferred.
? Previous experience using ADInstruments hardware and software is a distinct advantage
