职位描述
1. Objectives:
? Ensure high quality of finished goods by managing and coordinating activities of Chemical and Microbiological laboratories and maintaining efficient quality management systems at the Plant in accordance with all relevant local, corporate and legal requirements and Manufacturing Manager's guidelines.
2.Job Scope
1).Quality Management System: Establish and maintain a Quality management system (ISO) as part of Plant's systems to manage product quality and plant safety, security and environment in a way, which as certain continuous improvement of quality KPI's.
2).Legal and Corporate Requirements: Ensure Safety of all manufactured products by implementing the relevant legal and corporate requirements and by continuous verification of the compliance and effectiveness of installed systems.
3).Analysis: Assure Quality by testing all relevant (chemical, physical, microbiological) properties of established and new raw materials, packaging materials, processes, semi-finished and finished products in accordance with ISO-Manual, LIMS system, legislation and internal documents (recipes, specifications etc.) and by continuous improvement of quality and process in collaboration with Manufacturing.
4).People Management: Manage quality department's team by setting goals to direct reports and assessing their performance, coach, and co-ordinate and monitor regularly their activities.
5).Cross-functional Activities: Manage and co-ordinate cross-functional and cross-department activities, knowledge and information exchange in order to ensure consistent approach to all aspects of quality and food safety. Coach peers in quality and food safety related subjects.
6).Crisis Situations: Manage crisis situations internally as well as externally in a way that is supportive to the company's image, relevant policies and business objectives.
7).Budgeting: Ensure proper planning and monitoring of the department's budget, plan investments, prepare appropriation requests.
