一、主要职责：

1、按照公司战略与人力资源策略，制定全集团人才培养相关政策、制度，并为人力资源中心提供专业化培训建议

2、负责全集团培训需求调研，培训年度规划，培训方案制定，培训组织实施管理、检查以及督促各项培训工作的开展, 通过管理和监控公司培训管理方案的实施，达成相关工作目标；

3、编制全年培训费用预算报上级审批，控制费用支出。

4、培训体系的搭建：负责从新员工入职培训到各部门的岗位技能、业务培训以及中高级员工的管理等课程体系；负责内部讲师的选拔、培养、管理体系的搭建

5、负责按照公司发展的方向和人力资源策略的调整，针对全集团培训管理制度进行拟订、修订和完善；

6、负责公司内外部各相关部门的协调以及对各分公司人力资源培训工作的指导

7、负责培训部团队的组建，培养、指导、激励下属，提升员工士气，实施绩效考核。

二、任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历；

2、8年左右以上培训经验，3年左右同类职位经验；

3、较强的组织、沟通、协调、呈现技巧。
