Responsibilities:
1. Direct the organization's training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization's long term and short term business priorities.
2. Liaise with HR manager, HRBP and functional managers in site, to analyze and identify the training and development needs of the organization and develop an training plan for site.
3. Implement training based on set target / budget.
4. Select and manage external / internal training vendors to ensure that the site receives satisfactory standards of service.
5. Evaluate and develop protential internal trainers to ensure that the organization's training and development strategy is implemented effectively and within budgets.
6. Work closely with regional Training team on making training plan, selecting training vendor and implementing training; ensure the training meet site and regional business targets both.
7. Other jobs assigned by HR manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years experience in human resources with a minimum of 3 years experience in training & development in MNC.
2. Good facilitation skills, communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
3. Good planning and analytical skills.
4. Excellent knowledge in competencies model is a plus.
5. Training delivery or design experience is a plus.
6. Good English proficiency both on writing and speaking.
7. Good MS Office skills, excellent PPT skills.
