岗位职责
1、联络客户安排订舱及运输等工作；
2、联络船公司或货运公司安排订舱、提单签发等工作；
3、相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排；
4、客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决；
5、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，海运或国际贸易类相关专业；
2、2年以上船务相关领域工作经验，熟悉船务市场行情者优先考虑；
3、熟练处理出入口货订单、货运操作流程，具备货运文件及有实际操作技能；
4、英语听说读写良好，熟练操作Office办公软件系统；
5、性格稳重，工作细致，具有良好的沟通能力及很强的服务及团队意识。
