Responsibilities:

Lead, organize and coach buyers to complete indirect mateirals purchasing tasks on time at competitive price.
? Execute and manage purchasing issues in Green field project.
? Manage the marketing status, including the market price variance trend. Develop alternative sources, ensuring consistency of quality ,continuity supply and competitive price.
? Closely work with user and suppliers, ensure the purchased items meet user's demand.
? Order follow up and ensure on time delivery,good after-sales service are provided by suppliers
? Purchase order and contract management, maintain related information in ERP system and other required file accurately and in time.

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree or above .
? More than 3 years relative working experience in pharmacy field.
? Have working experience in Engineering equipment is prefer.
? Good commercial and personal ethic.
? Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
? Good leader ship .
? Good communication & negotiation skills .
? Good project management and problem solving sills .
