Essential Responsibilities


Develop and execute marketing programs, both short term and long term, to enhance brand awareness and to ensure profit, growth and expansion of company products.
Supervise and ensure all marketing programs are implemented appropriately, on time and within budget.
Initiate and implement Internet marketing as well as online sales projects.
Research, analyze and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized.
Communicate with sales team on a weekly basis to ensure the sales targets are met. Develop sales forecasts and monitors performance to plan.
Prepare and send regular sales and marketing reports to senior management.
Initiate and develop Grower products sales in China.
Work closely and communicate with S-O sister companies for joint marketing programs and to share experiences.
Lead training programs toward all sales related people in the organization.
Develop and recommend pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
Prepares marketing plan and reports progress on goals, strategy, objectives and tactical implementation.
Supports and leads by example the Core Values of the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements


· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field, 5 – 7 years experience in a marketing role.
· Requires knowledge, use and protection of highly confidential information inside and outside of the organization.
· Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations, gets clarification and responds well to questions.
· Writes clearly and informatively.
· Understands business implications of decisions; aligns work with strategic goals.
· Generates suggestions for improving work – works to be innovative.
· Establish good working relationships with others in and out of the company via personal, telephone and written contacts. Must be able to work effectively with employees and officers of the company, as well as outside contacts.
