Position: Senior Applications Engineer －Asymtek
Report To: China Technical Support Manager - Asymtek
Location: Dongguan

Job Summary
Take responsibility of applications developments

Job Description:
Complete applications development
Write and present test reports to both internal and external customers with clear, concise data
Provide applications support to customers and regional team.
Follow up the industrial and competitors’ technical development.
Conduct application training internally & externally with Product Business Unit teams.
Work closely with sales and marketing groups to achieve corporate sales goal in alignment with corporate strategy. Communicate & feedback on customers’ requirements for new products.
Prepare equipment for customer attended demonstration.
Support trade show and sales presentation.
Strengthen technical communications with parent companies and sister companies
Define testing plan or testing requirements with customer’s technical department or end user
Gather and tabulate technical data and invention of dispensing processes directly for new market.
Collect and analyze competitor’s technical data
Use testing technology and internal analysis technology to optimize product’s application by customer, and offer input to R&D department
Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in sciences/engineering or higher from university; MS is plus.
Work Experience:
Minimum 6 years experiences with at least one of the following industries: semiconductor, PCBA, LED, FPD and other relevant industries, experience especially with the fluid material applications, fluid equipment/materials is an advantage. Talented candidates with less work experiences will be considerable.

Other Qualifications
Excellent written and oral English; CET6 is must.

完成应用研究与开发
向内部和外部客户呈递写清晰、精确的测试报告。
与客户的技术部门或最终用户共同制定测试计划和要求。
将收集的技术数据制成表，用于新产品、新市场的开发。
收集和分析竞争对手的技术数据。
利用测试技术和内部分析技术，优化产品的应用，并提供给研发部做参考。
向销售和服务人员提供技术支持。
对内部和外部提供应用的培训。
紧密保持和销售、营销人员的合作，贯彻企业战略，实现公司的销售目标。
沟通与反馈客户对新产品的需要。
跟进竞争对手们的技术发展。
日常管理的技术事务。
支持商业展览和销售展示。
保持和加强与总部和各地区分公司的技术交流。
上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求
学历
全日制院校本科学历
工程/机电一体化/机械/化工/流体等相关专业
硕士学历优先

工作经验
至少5年以上半导体， PCBA, LED, FPD 和相关行业工作经验；工作时间较短但能力强可考虑。
其他要求
良好的英文读写和口语。CET英语六级。
