Product Design & Development Supervisor (R&D)/产品设计主管

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and direct engineers and technicians for effective product development and implementation of products within area of responsibility;
2. Analyze marketing specifications and requirements and recommend product development direction to achieve program objectives;
3. Generate new product and product improvement ideas to increase profitability, quality and customer satisfaction;
4. Prepare data and information, give presentations on progress in assigned areas of responsibility, special projects, new developments, etc;
5. Assist in formulating and controlling budgets;
6. Evaluate and hire personnel to fill job requirements;
7. Evaluate personnel performance and recommend merit and promotional increases for assigned employees;
8. Assess developmental opportunities of assigned staff, recommend assignments, training seminars, etc. to develop subordinates.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor and above degrees, majoring in mechanical engineering or related disciplines;
2. Broad base knowledge on machine designs and material selections;
3. At least 2 years experience in engineering management;
4. Good English in oral & written;
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
