工作职责：

1. 负责按时交货率、生产率和损耗等目标的达成；标准操作规程的制定和执行和耗材控制；
2. 协助制定安全规程并严格执行，确保达到安全目标。
3. 执行5S要求以达成标准产线；
4. 制定生产计划安排订单生产，并确保货物合格并按时交货至客户；
5. 管理生产员工及物流工作，使生产流程能高效有序运行，生产计划及预估；
6. 对生产员工进行管理和培训，并对员工技能进行评估，保证质量；
7. 负责质量控制体系的有效执行，持续提高质量，确保工厂生产安全；

工作要求：

1. 大专学历及以上；
2. 至少3年以上生产现场管理经验；
3. 良好的分析问题和解决问题能力；
4. 拥有较强的沟通及领导能力；
5. 能独立工作，并拥有团队精神；
6. 良好的英语听说能力。
