供应商质量主管(SQE)/Supplier Quality Supervisor(Auto Industry)—有汽车零配件行业优先

Job Responsibilities:

1. Solve the daily quality problem of the supplier, coordinate quality and delivery of the supplier;

2. Organize verification and preinstall of modifying parts, and confirm the results of Engineering Change Verification;

3. Quick respond and assist to solve supplier’s quality problem, track the supplier’s improvement and give a report;

4. Evaluation and development of different suppliers;

5. High standard of working experience and know-how in terms of procedures;

6. Support the supplier for technical and process related questions;

7. Analysis of supplier quality figures;

8. Close communication and cooperation with abroad colleagues;

9. Teamwork with the purchasing buyers to achieve APO objectives;

10. Perform process audit according to TS 16949 and define improvement modifications;

11. Track the supplier development and improvement process;

12. Use internal safe launch tool to monitor project process.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years experience in automotive quality assurance function;

2. Bachelor degree, major in engineer would be a plus;

3. Have the knowledge for TS16949 quality system and five manuals (APQP, PPAP,FMEA, SPC, MSA) for automotive industry;

4. Good communication and coordination ability, a clear sense of team, familiar with the use of quality tools;

5. Good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
