Aquael are looking for an individual who has the drive and experience to move forward the technical expertise of the company. The person would need to have a broad range of experience with leading and developing technical teams within a manufacturing environment and implementing/improving Engineering and Quality systems.

Key requirements would be:

? Experienced Engineering manager with broad range of technical knowledge in mechanical Engineering for consumer products.
经验丰富的工程经理 ，在消费产品机械工程有广泛的技术知识。
? Strong technical experience developing and implementing products in a fast moving consumer environment.
在快速变化消费产品环境，有雄厚的开发和实施产品技术经验。
? Experienced in managing and developing Engineering teams (preferably including QC), guiding & providing technical support to ensure quick and effective implementation of new products.

? Proven experience of project managing new product introductions on time and to budget/cost.

? Skilled at working with other departments in a team environment, encouraging and supporting them to progress their own improvements. Good ability to use interpersonal skills to ensure good technical & personal relationships between departments.

? Knowledge of materials including Aluminium, Brass/Zinc alloys, Stainless Steel, Glass, and Plastics preferable.

? Knowledge of different manufacturing methods and processes including extruding, moulding, casting, pressing/fabrication with associated fixtures. Experience in managing manufacturing improvement programmes preferable.

? Experience with implementing and improving technical procedures including New Product Introduction, Quality systems (in line with ISO 9001 or similar QC Management standards), data management & engineering changes. ? Proven ability to investigate & analyse logically Engineering, Quality and Customer problems to enable quick and effective problem solving.

? Ability to review and understand international approvals standards and communicate the requirements throughout the company including technical and testing requirements.
