Company Profile:

Responsibilities:
1. Assist HR manager to implement and coordinate all Human Resources aspects and keep close communication with all line managers throughout the site, to achieve business and functional objectives, focus on staffing and ER.
2. Staffing.
2-1. Implement recruiting process and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment activity.
2-2. Maintain and develop suitable recruitment channels for the site, analyze recruitment channel effectiveness for the continuous improvement.
2-3. Build pipeline of candidate and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.
2-4. Quick adaptation of all employees into their roles and accountabilities by conducting orientation for both direct and indirect employees.
2-5. Support regional HR on campus recruiting.
3. ER.
3-1. Handle check-in, exit, promotion and internal transfer process; ensure the procedure timely, accurately and legally.
3-2. Maintain the employee database timely and accurately.
3-3. Deal with all licenses/permit required by local human capital government, and maintains good relationship with these authorities.
4. Assist C&B team and Training team to launch HR projects smoothly across the site, such as performance program, key talent and Training & Development program, etc.; ensure line manager are fully understood and strictly follow up.
5. Provide HR consultant service to line managers and employees when necessary, ensure fully understand of HR policy/process across the site.
6. Work closely with regional HR team on HR initiative projects.
7. Lead 1 HR officer.
8. Other jobs assigned by HR manager.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, at least 5 years solid experience in a generalist role in MNC.
2. Keen on HR work, patient and careful, strong communication and interpersonal skills, can work under strees.
3. HR database experience (SAP, peoplesoft, etc.).
4. Knowledge of labor law and government legislation.
5. Good English proficiency both in writing and speaking.
6. Display professionalism, independent and confidence.
7. Result driven & team player.
