Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operation of office administration and facility management
2. Take actions to ensure the maintenance of GM office security, environment & cleaning 3. Manage the dormitories, canteen and shuttle bus
4. Support expatriates on apartment and car sourcing and rent negotiation
5. Manage the car rental & car arrangement and check the reasonableness of petrol and toll fee
6. Negotiate and review all administrative contracts
7. Review all administrative payments 10. Monitor the level of office stock and manage the FA
8. Maintain efficient communication with line managers, internal employees, vendors and government bureaus
9. Organize company activities and support all the logistics issues
10. Other business support requested by HR manager

Requirement:
1. Colleague or above in Administration, English, Trading or other relevant discipline;
2. At least 3 years’ experience in office administration
3. Fluent in both spken and written English
