Job Description:

• The role will focus on establishing EHS management system for FL site at the beginning, once the system set up the responsible scope will extend to maintain EHS system.
• Responsible for establishing the EHS management system for FL site.
• Support PSSR & PHA action inspection for FL site main system and main concern issue resolved.
• Fully support on project EHS/ENG related license completed on time.
• Maintaining the EHS management system for Huangpu FL plant, support all other functions to compliance EHS requirement by providing training.
• Implement plant's EHS activity, including EHS near miss and safety image program, and maintain EHS awareness program to ensure the standard &requirement understanding of the company's EHS objectives IFF plant and amongst contractors, vendors and other service providers associated with IFF plant.
• Implement EHS training program to all staff accordingly including provide necessary EHS training, examination and assessment to different positions.
• Responsible for environment/sustainability and health management including WWTS daily operation and environment and hygiene regular monitoring to reduce the company impact on the environment and occupational health of plant ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
• Provide EHS technical support and coordination to daily operations, and closely work with staff to ensure operation process complying with IFF EHS policy and regulations.
• Establish and conduct regular site inspection program to identify potential safety and environment troubles and disobedient behaviors, take corrective actions, and track through to completion.
• Maintain and improve site emergency management and security system. Liaise with security guard and contractors to introduce company EHS policy and regulations.
• Support in writing SOPs with regard to EHS contents. Organize Hazard analysis including MOC for introducing new processes and change.
• Conduct incident investigation and draw the root cause once incident occurred and maintain 24 hours emergency contact.
• Any other works arranged by EHS/Facility manager.

Requirement:

Essential

• The job holder is expected to possess exemplary initiatives to create behavioral changes among the shop floor staff in order to achieve the aspirations of the company.
• The job holder needs to interact and work with all levels of staff within the company.
• University graduate, with at least 5 years EHS work experience.
• good communication skill
• Good oral& written skill for English.
• The job holder acts as a facilitator, ensuring that EHS management procedures and training programs covering all areas of business activities are available, and tracks those programs to ensure that the progress is according to plan.

Preferred

• The job holder does not have direct control of the staff. The use of communication skills is most important.
• Background with ISO14000&18000 and project EHS management experience is preferred.
