职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
· To source for customers, identify their loan needs and sell unsecured loan products
· To maintain strong relationship with customers by providing excellent service and maximize customer referrals
· To assist team leader in managing sales target and driving sales productivity by training, coaching and motivating salespersons
· －积极拓展客户，了解客户的贷款需求并销售无担贷款产品
· －为客户提供优质服务，发展良好的客户关系以开拓客户推介通路
· －协助销售主管统筹销售指标，通过培训、面授等方式激励贷款专员以提高销售动力
KEY REQUIREMENTS
· Proven track record of achieving challenging sales target
· Exhibits enthusiasm to lead, coach and manage sales teams
· Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and have a passion for providing good customer service
· Possesses sound knowledge of relevant regulations and risk management policies
· Min 2 years of direct sales experience in credit cards, personal loans, insurance or related financial products
· College graduate or above
· 勇于挑战高指标性工作
· 具有良好的领导、沟通能力，能够管理团队
· 综合素质良好且热心为客户提供更好的服务
· 熟悉相关法律法规知识和风险管理政策知识
· 至少2年及以上的信用卡、个人贷款、保险等相关行业的销售经验优先
