RESPONSIBILITIES
? Expand the sales force through strategic planning
? Recruit and train sales personnel to achieve planned sales targets
? Coach team leaders to achieve higher sales productivity
? Inculcate excellent customer service values in sales personnel
? Strictly adhere to sales policies and ensure sales personnel fulfill all regulatory and compliance requirements
? Educate sales force on credit risk management
? Collaborate with product team to explore new ideas and develop new products

? 协助部门主管完成年度销售任务
? 带领团队销售主管达成绩效考核目标
? 领导并教育团队提供优质服务及确保销售品质
? 协助部门主管完成内部及外部机关的各项检查工作
? 培训及激励销售团队，提高销售团队的生产力，并确保内部欺诈案件的发生
? 建立销售团队风险观念并与风管单位合作以维护满意的风险品质
? 协助产品经理开发新型产品
? 严格遵守各项销售管理和内控规定
KEY REQUIREMENTS
? Ambitious individual with determination to achieve challenging goals
? Rich people management experience
? Able to strategize and effectively execute business plans

? Demonstrate ability to handle demanding customer
? Exhibit strong leadership qualities
? Bachelors degree with good knowledge of local labour laws
? 5 years sales management experience with at least 3 years’ sales experience in credit cards or personal loans financial products
