PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for recruiting activities to ensure efficient and effective hiring to meet business requirements
Responsible for personnel administration, including new hire induction and exit procedures
Provide advisory to staff for company policies and procedures
Establish and maintain effective relationship with all kinds of recruitment channels
Analyse staffing, turnover and other personnel statistics and submit ad hoc reports as per Corporate requirements
Responsible for employee relations
Responsible for coordinating relevant regulatory requests and internal & external reports preparation
Ensure all HR activities are compliance with both corporate policies and local regulations
Support ad hoc HR projects or other tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS)
Bachelor degree with min. 4 years' above experience in Human Resources field.
Quickly understands and engages with business
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and willing to work under pressures
Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking and good computer skills
Familiar with local labour laws and related regulations
