职位描述

Principal Duties
Overall role:
In line with Jacadi Brand policy, and with the priority objective of being the mums’ favorite brand, your duties involve ensuring Brand showcasing and respect for the overall concept, assessing the quality of service, supervising the teams under your responsibility, and providing excellent store organization and management.

Responsibilities

1. SHOWCASING THE BRAND
You ensure the quality of the brand image according to the company’s standard.
In this regard:
You ensure the store concept is respected and the shop fixtures, furnitures and lights are in good conditions.
You ensure the store teams are following Jacadi’s grooming standards (clean hair, tie up, light makeup)
You ensure the store teams is wearing Jacadi’s uniform (uniform clean and ironed)
You ensure the general atmosphere of the shop is respecting the standards (shop is tidy, light music, no food smell…)
Every 2 month you fill audit image and comments results with the store team

2. MANAGEMENT:

You help employees to gradually become independent by making them aware of their responsibilities regarding Brand approach, values and objectives.
In this respect:
You embody and convey on a daily basis the fundamental approach and values of the Brand (“think globally”)
You visit each store regularly and according to a schedule, then at the end of each visit you produce a summary in a suitable format (analysis chart) from which, with the assistance of the SM, the following elements emerge:
    - The actions decided within the framework of the visit
    - The date and objective of the next visit

You ensure that each POS get clear financial objective, you challenge them and provide them network performance
You convey on the ground, during store visits, passion for customer service and attention to detail
You make employees aware of their responsibilities regarding in-store implementation of Brand philosophy(“act locally”)
You ensure correct understanding of internal communication (transmission of information from SM to teams)
?You assess, with each manager, their performance during the previous year, you outline key areas of progress in the coming year, and ascertain that this will be carried through by the SM for the whole team.

3. MERCHANDISING
You ensure the coherence of the brand in the network and ensure the brand image according to company’s standards.
In this regard:
You ensure all the POS have received the weekly JH in colors on time (every Friday afternoon)
You ensure all the teams have read and understood the guidelines of JH
You ensure that JH Merchandising guidelines are applied in all POS according to the recommendations
You make local adaptations according to shop size and stock situation in respect with the company’s brand image
You ensure the collection implementation and window change is done on time ( New Collection as soon as stock arrives, Window change on Tuesday)
You ensure that new stock implementation is done with no impact on the sales surfaces (No boxes on the sales surface, products on the floor, plastic bag visible etc…)
You ensure that all store received and display all brand tools (poster, visual, catalogues…)






4. RECRUITMENT:

You align human resources requirements (qualitative and quantitative) with the company project, the development plan, and the level of professionalism demanded by the Brand.
In this regard:
You employ exacting standards to recruit managers with a personal image consistent with the image of the Brand: enthusiastic, perfectionist, keen to teach, and passionate about customer relations and service, the world of children, and proud to share the Brand project.
?You develop employee skills and behaviors to give them a sense of their responsibilities and enable them to maximize their performance. In this respect, you provide initial training to each member of staff. You identify store managers with the ability to train their colleagues.
You plan and anticipate your recruitments so that each new employee is integrated and trained before finally taking on their duties and before the teams in the new stores are fully constituted.
You represent Jacadi and contribute to the transmission of a positive image.

5. TRAINING & INDUCTION:

In an exemplary manner, and conveying the philosophy of the Brand, you ensure that each employee understands their training program and integration procedure, and has been informed to a suitable level regarding overall Brand approach.
All activities represent an opportunity for training (the concept).
Induction & Initial Training
You provide each Manager with a coherent induction plan, including a defined programme:
You offer appropriate support
You provide each SM with initial training
You receive the SM during his/her first day in the company (SHERBET)
You integrate the SM on the first day in his/her store
You hold a debriefing with the trainer and trainee at the end of each week of training.
You conduct an Appraisal Interview with the SM at the end of the final week of training, in order to ensure correct understanding of the course taken.
You ensure that each Store Manager provides initial training to all members of his/her team
You control that trainee are daily applied and correctly transmit to other team members.
You organize weekly store role play so that team can mesure their performance each other

6. WORKING WITH THE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT:
This operational partnership is carried out based on pre-established customs and procedures:
Telephone meetings:
These are conducted once a week ( Every Monday at 15.00) and enable monitoring of the action plans jointly decided during the previous
telephone session This is an important opportunity for exchanges and information sharing, both in professional terms
(“performances”) and in personal aspects (“character”).
Matters to be dealt with during this meeting include JH, sales, stock, products, and needs in the various departments (IT,Training, Media & Communications, etc.)
Visual management:
Once a month you send photos (“customer perception”) from a store in order to receive constructive comments and corrective action plans in return.
This tool allows assessment of team levels (in the long-term), validation of both correct understanding of the concept and correct application of the Brand’s sales policy.
It is also used to validate local measures decided.
This is intended to improve customer perception and therefore improve sales. “Everything we analyse can be improved”.

Openings:
You are responsible for overseeing the process from project elaboration to opening.
You ensure receipt of the project plans accompanied by their specifications. You anticipate any special request (taxation, IT, etc.).
You anticipate opening by checking the essentials tools in advance (JH opening, posters, hangers, stickers, bags…)
You guarantee adherence to the organizational schedule for the opening (validation of plans, quotes, training, etc.) and adherence to procedures (payment of services, etc.).
One week after the opening of a store, you forward an opening report with actions and corrections list with the first photos of the store, in order to have the merchandising department review the visual management.
