职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
- Directs staff in the areas of: organizational structure, employment, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/development, and policy/procedure development.
- Oversees development and monitoring of the human resources division budget.
- Manages the development and implementation of Human Resources department, goals, objectives, policies and priorities for each function.
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates the Human Resources Department's work plan; assigns projects and program responsibilities; reviews and evaluates work methods and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
- Responsible for records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations.
Job Requirements:
- 10 years working experience in HR managerial positions, exposure with MNC is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of PRC labor laws.
- Good command of both written and oral English.
- Able to speak Cantonese is preferred but not required.
