Position: Regional Sales Manager

Requirements:

1. Good command of both written and oral English.

2. Experience with Local Market, at least 3 years as RSM

3. Experience in handling multi distributors.

4. Experience with multi-national companies of FMCG is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up distribution for opening country to distribute Company’ products.

2. Prepare the documentation and manage the Company’ products registration and import license according to country's Law.

3. Prepare Business Plan and P&L.

4. Set up team for operation.

5. Manage sales forces.

6. Able to make and cascade plan (monthly, yearly, 3 years).

7. Find out rep. office in Shenzhen.
