岗位职责：
1、负责酒店市场销售活动，最大化销售收益和产量；
2、开发有潜力的酒店产品，扩大市场销售网络，挖掘有潜力的市场和合作伙伴；
3、管理、评估销售团队的工作，培养、发展有潜力的销售人员；
4、制定市场销售计划；
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，专业不限；
2、较强的沟通能力、协调能力和团队领导能力；
3、具有相关工作经验；
4、有良好的销售技巧和3年以上同等职位的工作经验，并有一定的客户资源
5、具有出色的沟通能力和协作能力, 具备谈判技巧， 善于开拓市场， 勇于接受挑战
