职位描述：
1、负责商业项目定位、项目规划、项目建议工作；
2、负责市场调研、提供市场竞争分析、制定商业租售策略；
3、熟悉招商流程，具有高端商业业态的客户资源；
4、负责项目招商团队的管理工作，执行完成项目招商任务；
5、熟悉商业业态和品牌资源，熟悉招商工作流程，具有丰富的客户资源；
6、具有较强的招商团队管理能力、客户沟通协调能力；
7、具有良好的商务谈判、分析、决策能力。
任职资格：
1、具有八年以上商业地产项目招商经验，曾任职于大型商业房地产运营公司、商业零售企业、知名商业地产招商机构及有企业总部运营中心招商管理经验者优先；
2、熟悉招商流程，具有各类商业业态的客户资源；
3、逻辑思维能力和创意能力强，良好的沟通能力；
4、团队意识较强，具有高度的理解能力、执行力，强烈的进取心及积极的工作态度。
