Job functions:

• Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and quality improvement programs;
• Develop corrective and preventive plans to enhance quality performance;
• Lead the QA Team to plan, execute and monitor the quality programs and activities;
• Lead to conduct factory audits to ensure the suppliers complies with the quality standards and customer’s requirements;
• Enhance quality performance through early involvement from design stage and production process to ensure the quality is consistent;
• Establish and manage Product Quality Plan to ensure the compliance of safety standards and customer’s requirements;
• Drive the investigation of all customer complaints and product failure, to facilitate resolution as well as implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
• Execute other programs and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines;
• 5 Years solid experience in quality assurance, quality control and PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 3 years in a managerial position;
• Basic knowledge in ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 systems;
• Knowledge and experience in SPC, and FMEA techniques is preferred;
• Experience in operating MRP/ERP systems;
• Basic command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
• Self motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
