Position Summary:
?The Branch Manager’s objective is to achieve the Retail Banking business goals for the overall benefit to our shareholders, clients & associates.
?The Branch Manager’s key driver is growth in a Branch through balanced performance by reducing expenses, increasing revenue, maintaining key business/client relationships, building the business through referrals, recruiting quality team members and creating a climate which fosters superior banking experience & creating the Citibanker Difference.


RESPONSIBILITIES
?Responsible for the day-to-day branch activities and operations for a full scale branch
?Formulate and implement business strategies, plans and to achieve the business goals for branch
?Establish, maintain and manage the good relationship with customers, partners and prospects
?Ensures operations are in adherence with banking regulations and established policies
?Develop team and manage branch staff performance
?Actively involves in the GCG China business strategy development by providing first hand market information to the management committee.
?Attends to complex banking/investments needs that require in-depth knowledge of services and financial products


KEY REQUIREMENTS
?High Integrity
?University graduate or above, over 8 years working experience in banking or financial industry
?Have experience in managing a sizable team and good at motivating and managing team
?Obtain P&L responsibility in previous career
?A strategic thinker but not a pure executor who can start up business from green field
?Strong customer focus, financial knowledge and experience
?Sociable individual with strong networking stills
?Analytical and possess great drive in meeting objectives
