Citi Commercial Bank – MME Sales Anchor

· Using lists of qualified prospects provided, start the sales process by calling such prospects to obtain further information and make appointments for Business Development managers

· Initiate tele-sale calls to existing customers to increase bank product usage, cross-sell targeted products, or make an appointment for the Account Manager

· Receive walk-in customers and field phone inquiries by sales officers

· Serve as the customer contact point for the Sales Team

· Assist in customer related transactions, documentations, and coordination

· Provide sales support work to enhance sales team productivity

· At least 1 to 2 years work experience in banking, trading, or sales office which can demonstrate the effectiveness in a supporting role

· Strong marketing skills and be able to build good rapport with customers

· Fluent spoken & written English

· Energetic and be able to work under pressure

· Great people skills with good communication and well-organized

· Smart thinking and fast to deliver a satisfactory result

· Organized ability, good interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge about banking transactions or the ability to pick up such knowledge in a short period of time

· Have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to teamwork
