Duty Summary
Responsible for managing the telesales team to secure sales, as well as meet and exceed targets through setting performance goals. Ensures that sales calls handled by telesales agents meet industry standards, and are of high service quality
Main Responsibility
* Supervises a team of telesales agents to achieve sales targets and overall brand development
* To lead the Telesales Team to balance the business portfolio from different distribution chanel
* To work closely with training, coaching and QA staff and recommendations will serve as their compass as they look to implement performance improvement initiatives
* Oversee the program effectiveness launched by the team with continuous improvement plan in order to ensure both bottom line and top line is well safeguarded
* To review & analysis the market situation and report to senior management periodically
* Assist in formulation, development and execution of any New Business Channels and Telesales strategies, including e-marketing, telemarketing, marketing concepts, strategic positioning in order to increase the market penetration of well-known telecommunication products
* Oversee the Telesales Operation in order to ensure program development, implementation are well adhered to the schedule with quality deliverables
Qualification
* 5 years or above of call center sales experience, in which at least 2 years are in management position
* Apart from having the subject knowledge, the candidate shall also possess strong project management expertise and coordination capabilities
* Language proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must with excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Located in either Yongchuan or Guangzhou.
* Strong leadership requirements, effective performance management and coaching techniques
* Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills; be organized, flexible and multiple task oriented to handle duties as assigned
* Possess effective management strategies along with financial knowledge and forecasting abilities
* Have strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and be familiar with the use of reporting tools
* Ability to work in a high pressure environment
