- Lead a client servicing team to manage and service a group of clients in order to maintain and grow clientele base so as to achieve planned financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Lead the client servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of shopper related service and with greater depth of involvement

- Lead the management and conduct of assigned shopper research projects including preparation, approval and delivery of proposals, reports and presentations

- Build, develop and train the team, and ensure the team with recognition of effective work performance and disciplinary actions

- Maintain and further foster relationships with current clients with plans to cross sell and introduce new services to current clients

- Achieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related account service objectives

- Typical Position Pre-requisites:

- - BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)

- - 10 years FMCG (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired

- - Expert knowledge of shopper research techniques and methodologies

- - Fluent in Mandarin & English both oral and written

- - Good project management

- - Good problem solving skills, attention to detail

- - Effective writing skills
