职位描述
职责：
1、 分析和开发企业品牌系列设计的整合能力；
2、 负责公司的平面设计（广告、画册、VI、SI等）业务的组织落实；
职位要求：
1、 美术、设计专业大专以上学历，1年以上设计相关经验；
2、 精通使用常用设计软件，良好的设计理念和美术构成技能；
3、 具有独特的思维创作能力，丰富的想象力，及良好的视觉审美观和策略思考能力；并具有一定手绘能力，能独立完成作品；舞台相关行业设计经验优先；
4、 工作认真，有责任感，良好的团队合作意识；
5、 熟悉印刷制作流程，能承受较大的工作压力；
6、 并熟悉应用PC和MAC机！懂3Dmax、photoshop、coledraw/AI/freehand
