职位描述:
1、在项目前期，与客户或者策略部门做好沟通，拆解客户需求，深刻把握客户特点；
2、制定设计总体方向和创意思路，明确设计团队的工作计划；
3、在设计过程中对设计团队进行指导和工作监督，承担重要和复杂的设计；
4、在设计各阶段的关键节点进行把控、提出明确的评审意见；
5、对所负责设计项目的设计结果负责；
6、负责指导、协调设计团队与其他部门人员（客户端、执行设计部、工业设计部）的沟通和衔接；
7、负责设计团队的日常管理和专业建设，不断提高团队凝聚力和团队专业设计水平。
任职要求：
1、广告学、美术设计等专业专科及以上学历；
2、 3年以上创意设计工作经验，掌握先进的设计理念和方法；
3、 具备较强沟通、组织、协调、领导能力，对外能与外协单位保持良好沟通和合作，对内能带领团队完成既定设计任务；
4、 具有国际视野，熟悉商业空间领域，把握商业空间设计发展趋势；
5、 熟悉客户及商品的专用术语，清楚了解经营不同的客户所必需的不同方式，了解且熟练使用市场营销及消费调查的精辟语法；
6、 熟练使用相关PC和MAC机的设计工具软件，例如：VERY、3DMAX photoshop、coledraw/AI/freehand等；有较好的手绘功底。
