岗位说明:

（1）三年以上晚礼服或高级女装开发设计经验；

（2）能熟练操PHOTOSHOP，CORELDRAW，ILLUSTRATOR等服装绘图软件；

（3）对晚礼服的板型款式、色彩的协调、珠料的搭配等有较高的审美能力；

（4）思维活跃，对时尚具有敏锐的洞察力，具有创新意识，能把握晚礼服的色彩、面料等流行趋势；能准确把握产品定位和风格；

（5）熟悉晚礼服制作流程，精通面辅料的运用及工艺；

（6）对品牌及客户需求有较好的理解力；创意表达能力强，能准确、快速、清晰描述自己作品的特点和设计理念；

（7）优秀的沟通能力和管理团队的能力，有良好的团队合作精神；

（8）按期、高效完成设计开发任务。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，服装设计专业，3年以上晚礼服设计经验；
2、有较强的手绘能力及电脑绘图操作能力；
3、根据产品开发计划制定具体工作计划,在规定的时间内保质保量完成产品图稿设计工作。
4、具有良好的艺术鉴赏力，时尚感敏锐，创新能力强
5、有行业工作经历优先。
