岗位描述：

1、协助企业总裁/总经理制定企业发展规划和经营计划，并负责协调部署各职能部门落实执行；

2、负责统筹管理服装品牌及品牌项目公司经营管理；
3、制定公司发展战略规划、经营计划、业务发展计划；
4、组织、监督公司各项规划和计划的实施；
5、负责将公司内部管理制度化、规范化；
6、组织编制年度工作计划, 做战略规划管理；
7、负责协调各部门的协作关系；
8、协助负责公司的内部运营，团队建设；
9、汇集企业内部信息和市场、竞争情况等外部信息，进行综合分析，协调企业经营发展；

任职资格

1. 5年以上品牌服装企业高层管理经验，熟悉服装企业全面运作和各部门工作流程；
2. 工作思路和管理概念清晰，具有很强的策划、组织、管理能力；
3. 熟悉国内服装行业情况，了解服装市场的销售渠道、价格政策、市场规则，拥有丰富的客户管理经验；
4. 具备综合管理能力，有研发、技术、生产、渠道拓展、品牌运营管理、终端推广和管理等相关服装行业经验。

5. 良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，有很强的感召力、凝聚力、责任心，事业心强。
