Job responsibilities:
1.This role will be reporting to the Head of Sourcing (Asia Pacific Region)
2.Receive order from buyer and designer from Head office and providing merchandising and technical supporting.
3.Developing and maintain good relationship with suppliers.
4.Leading and monitoring all merchandising activities from sample to production.
5.As Merchandising & Production Manager you will also be responsible for managing and developing the merchandising team 6.and ensuring that the all the category products on offer meets HQ to ensure sales and profit targets are met.

Qualifications of the description:
1.Bachelor Degree, high prefer in fashion design.
2..8 years of independent buying and at least 4 years’ management experience in high end fashion retail sourcing office is highly preferred.
3.Strong fashion sense and familiar with US/EU/UK market trends.
4.Ability to initiate and build strong working relationships with factories, agency and other vendors.
5.Strong assertiveness and influencing skills
6.Previous experience in managing a team in APAC region is highly preferred
7.Excellent written and spoken English & Mandarin
8.have rich experience in Fashion Apparel/Fashion Handbag/Fashion Accessories & Jewelries
