This role is responsible for leading a project team including engineers in two locations of GZ and SZ in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract.
They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customer. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer.
职位要求:
1、Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent with 8 to 10 years customer/client support experience, in which at least 5 years are in management position, regional management experience is preferable
2、Strong leadership requirements, effective performance management and coaching techniques.
3、Solid knowledge of WAN and LAN networks and have the ability to troubleshoot to the board level;
4、Background in troubleshooting data communications and telecommunication networks a must;
5、A working knowledge on MPLS VPN, routers, switches, as well as a knowledge of Windows OS server platforms;
6、Knowledge of TCP/IP, including ability to configure devices to be use over Ethernet for TCP/IP connections;
7、Experience in cisco and Avaya products;
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer facing skills;
Demonstrated customer service orientation through a proven ability to work well with other people;
8、Experience in interfacing with different levels within a customers organization to describe current state and resolution action plans;
9、Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn, and is adaptable to fast paced, ever-changing environment;
10、Must be fluent in both written and spoken English with ability to understand and respond to complex technical enquiries in English;
