岗位职责：
Work with BU to collect customer forecast.
Clarify customer requirement and communicate with the internal related parties.
Reply to customer enquiry on time.
Coordinate the urgent order handling.
Analyze customer complaint and coordinate the corrective action.
Provide the regular report on time and correctly.
Adopt lean and strive for continuous improvement.
岗位要求：
College or above education background.
Good written English.
Good computer skill on Office and ERP/MRP.
3-5 years' customer service relevant experience in manufacturing.
Good problem analysis and solving skill.
Quick learner and change adapter.
Good communication and interpersonal skill
