Responsibility


Qualification Required:
Accountable for achieving sales target by formulating and implementing effective marketing plans and promotion based on markets and competitors analysis
Accountable for achieving budgeted gross margin by effectively control and allocating advertising funds
Devise effective marketing program to stimulate shop front business
Accountable for Principal relationship and align our internal targets with Principals
Accountable for inventory days through inventory management/control
Contribute to brand awareness, image and market share by effective sales promotion and advertising campaign.
Experience Expected:
Implementation of marketing plans, strategies
Monitor market development, changes and trends
Responsible for achieving product sales goals and profits targets
Maintain good relationship with business customers and media
Manager A&P spending for marketing campaigns
Control and monitor the sales promotion and advertising expenditure in line with the total sales
Monitor competitors’ activities and take prompt and appropriate actions
Explore new ways to promote the products
Work closely with Key Account Manager on product / channel strategies and development plan
To lead and coach the marketing team into competent marketers
Develop online strategies that support growth of business in the future
