As a South China Office Operations Manager, you are responsible to manage the general operations and administration of the South China daily operation activities. Establish office operations’ objectives to cope with the business needs and requirements.
Your main responsibilities:
? Take full accountability to lead, inspire and manage the account and administration team with strategic plans to drive high performance, consistency and accuracy of financial information and develop good relationships with colleagues
? Review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations in Acc/Admin more efficient
? Maintain and strengthen the relationships across departments and management teams to foster a driving force towards company targets with trust and reliability
? Continually monitor performance and actively implement office operations related projects of continuous improvement within the region
? Work with Global Team to ensure routines and processes’ alignment and ensure all relevant information (such as financial information, strategic plans, supplier requirements, signed contracts etc) is communicated and action appropriately
