<STRONG><U>Job Description:</U></STRONG>

<LI>Assist for annual planning, MMFP, monthly BPS rolling forecast.</LI>
<LI>Responsible for daily accounting job, communicate with SSC to make sure the company operation has been properly recorded in accounting book. </LI>
<LI>Serve as a power user knowing the details and mechanics of the financial systems including KD, Time sheet, T&amp;E, HFM.</LI>
<LI>Report the daily financial highlights and operational issues to Commercial Director</LI>
<LI>Maintaining the books of Saatchi X (in Kingdee):</LI></UL>

<LI>Ensure accuracy of monthly financial reporting through review of Profit &amp; Loss Accounts / Balance Sheet schedules</LI>
<LI>Prepare financial analysis (e.g. Actual vs. Forecast vs. Budget vs. Prior Year) and identify potential upside / shortfall in revenue / EBIT</LI>
<LI>Review trade working capital / cash flow on Quarterly basis thought trade receivable / trade payable / work-in-progress aging review</LI>
<LI>Review and approve job status in Kingdee</LI>
<LI>Approve job opening / closing, sending Job Dockets to Resources for Billing, make sure all third party cost has been recognized properly and client invoice issued</LI>
<LI>Handle tax issue for Saatchi X </LI>
<LI>Handle billing arrangement with vendors</LI>
<LI>General daily accounting duties (e.g. approve sales invoices / vendors’ invoices, review general vouchers, approve payments, review T&amp;E expenses claims, etc)</LI></OL></OL>
<UL>
<LI>Responsible for the month end closing according to the group schedule and prepare/run the finance reports as required and timely.</LI>
<LI>Promote the monthly report in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management System) which is posted by SSC team.</LI>
<LI>Promote monthly RF to HFM.</LI>
<LI>Review client / vendor contracts / non-disclosure agreements </LI>
<LI>Responsible for contract filing properly.</LI>
<LI>Ensure the support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by both internal and external audits</LI>
<LI>Time sheet report, time tracking by job.</LI>
<LI>Ad hoc assignment from Commercial Director</LI></UL>
<STRONG><U>Education Required/preferred:</U></STRONG>

<UL>
<LI>3-5 years relevant practical experience in financial management</LI>
<LI>Experience with advertising/marketing/communication industry preferred</LI></UL>
<U><STRONG>Specific Skills &amp; Abilities Required/Preferred:</STRONG></U>

<UL>
<LI>Bachelor degree in finance/accountancy, qualified CPA is a plus;</LI>
<LI>Ability to handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced and expanding environment;</LI>
<LI>Must be an individual contributor and extremely hands-on, </LI>
<LI>Solid MS Office skills, as well as experience with Accounting/ERP System is required;</LI>
<LI>Motivated individual with strong accounting/auditing background, and hands-on corporate financial control;</LI>
<LI>Solid technical understanding and experiences in PRC GAAP as well as local statutory reporting tax requirements;</LI>
<LI>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;</LI>
<LI>High level of professional and ethical integrity, honesty and trustworthiness; and</LI>
<LI>Fluency in reading and writing in both English and Chinese languages.</LI>
