Company Profile:
A Fortune 500 leading multinational cosumer conpany.
Responsibilities:
1. To manage the FG warehousing and distribution operation to deliver the customer orders with right quantity at right time at reasonable cost. Emphasis would be on achieving the on time delivery, best cost and inventory record accuracy through both effective 3PL and in-house management.
2. The scope of key responsibilities include:
2-1. Improve the 3PLs performance through effective supplier relationship management
2-2. Continuously improve the warehousing and distribution process to reduce the delivery lead-time.
2-3. Manage the daily warehouse and distribution process.
2-4. Connect the 3PLs with both internal and external customers.
2-5. Provide the process training to 3PLs.
Requirements:
1. The position will be measured primarily on:
1-1. Delivery On time, 98%.
1-2. W&D cost within BP.
1-3. Compliance Scorecard on EHS and SOX meeting regional goals, green.
1-4. Inventory Accuracy.
2. Required Competencies and Skills:
2-1. Customer orientated/ external focus.
2-2. Supplier management skill.
2-3. Project Management.
2-4. People management and HR System.
2-5. Result Orientated.
2-6. Decision Making / Problem Solving.
