职位描述

Company Profile:
西撒(西班牙第二大石油化工企业)。

Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that all activities carried out as well as those he/she delegates his/her staff are carried out according to laws and regulations, policies and procedures of the company and to practices generally accepted;
2. Manages the Storekeeper.
3. Ensures that working conditions are applied according to internal procedures and documents;
4. Ensures the development of the storekeeper;
5. Manages the purchasing of parts and negotiates the price parts, material, services and supplies necessary to the operation of the plant;
6. Negotiates and manages service agreements of contractors, sub-contractors and contracts relating to parts;
7. Keeps track of orders, receptions within time limits and ensures conformity of received items and purchasing specifications;
8. Manages stock inventory of the store;
9. Supervises activities of the store and warehouse;
10. Performs tasks relating to mandates entrusted to him/her;
11. Develops and update internal procedures and manuals relating to his/her field of expertise;
12. Supports and trains others in SAP MM;
13. Contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company, adheres to company’s values and ensures that members of his/her area are doing the same.

Requirements:
1. Required Qualifications:
1-1. Holds a college degree;
1-2. Five-year experience in managing a parts store and operations supply in the refinery, petrochemical or chemical field;
1-3. Good knowledge in SAP module MM.
2. Skills and Aptitudes:
2-1. Team spirit;
2-2. Capacity to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationship;
2-3. Oral and written communication;
2-4. Skills in management;
2-5. Skills in negotiation;
2-6. Organizational and urgency skills and capacity to manage priorities;
2-7. Integrity and professional ethics;
2-8. Can accept travel;
2-9. Fluent in Mandarin and working knowledge of English.
