Company Profile:
某500强领先消费品公司。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for China Consumer EM (External Manufacturer) product quality.
2. Develop and manage the process for Metrics development, complaint management and performance tracking at EM sites.
3. Drive new / current EM GMP qualification, regular audit / assessment and MAP (management action plan) follow﹗p.
4. Deploy regional and global quality improvement initiatives in EM's. Drive global quality system initiatives through EM site management such as mix up prevention, micro design robustness etc.
5. Support supply chain initiatives of site optimization. Participate in due diligence process for new L&A (Licensing & Acquisition) initiatives as well as transfer of sites/ products, as applicable.
6. Drive 'Zero Defect program' a regional quality initiative in EMs through four identified pillars.
7. Ensure that each EM site has established and effectively maintained quality system in accordance with J&J's requirements. Report local FDA/ International regulatory body inspections in EDGE system.
8. Develop processes for effective surveillance of EM production processes to achieve defect free product at all times.
9. Review and approve specifications for NPI (new product introduction) and onゞoing updates for existing products, materials used for routine production used at TPM locations.
10. Co﹐rdinate all validation and qualification activities at EM site in consultation with SMP and Global Engineering group. Coordinate development and execution of process, equipment validations, C&S validation and APR (authorization for product release) for new / modified product and production lines.
11. Coordinate evaluation of non conformances to understand causal drivers and develop effective CAPA to prevent recurrence. Resolve and eliminate quality issues Ensure that all steps are taken at EM site to have a robust un﹊nterrupted product supply to market.
12. Responsible for complaint management in co﹐rdination with EM site and S&M Company.
13. Develop team of efficient EM QA personnel through focused training and set developmental plans.
14. Responsible for issue escalation and resolution for China EM sites.
Key Measures:
1. Zero product recall due to quality issues.
2. Deliverables on agreed GOC and other quality matrices.
3. Acceptable GMP and Micro ratings for the site.
4. Business support and effective defect free product supply as selected Franchise QA contact.
Requirements:
1. Education Requirement: Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science or Biological Science.
2. Minimum Experience: Around 5? years of QA related work experience in Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry.
3. Knowledge of microbiological practices in healthcare industry will be added advantage.
