Responsibility:
1. Dealer Compliance.
1-1. Perform dealer SOP, 3rd party due diligence, dealer renewal SOP etc on new and old dealers.
1-2. Ensure the dealers to follow finance and operation policy and procedure, compliance and legal policy.
1-3. Assist internal back office to publish policy applicable to dealers and the market.
2. Dealer Communication.
2-1. Consolidate and maintain comprehensive communication channel with dealer, regional hub, end customer and internal staff.
2-2. Regular review meeting with dealers, conduct performance analysis and resolve issue.
2-3. Be proactive to foresee possible issue and take preventive actions.
2-4. Maintain and provide swift response to the enquiry collected in Dealer Email and Services Line.
3. Dealer engagement.
3-1. Organize dealer training program and dealer seminar to improve dealer level of competency and engagement.
3-2. Data collection and consolidation - Work on the IMS system to consolidate the in market sales data via system or manually. - Collect market information to support business decision of sales team.
3-3. Conduct dealer audit to have deep dive on dealer’s situation.
3-4. Assist marketing/finance/operation/RA/QA department in collecting necessary data.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in commercial or scientific area.
2. 4 years of sales experience in a provincial level.
3. 2 years of sales management experience.
4. Distributor management experience preferred.
