Responsibilities:
工作职责:

- Provide technical advice and support to factories, QA team and production team.
- 为工厂、 品质部和生产部提供相应的技术咨询和支持；
- Manage the technical team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency, assist team in understanding designer sense and technical requirement.
- 有效管理技术员团队， 帮助团队理解设计师的意图和技术要求；
- To conduct sample evaluation in terms of styling, fitting, measurement, construction, workmanship & functional performance.
- 审核样品在款式，尺寸，工艺结构， 手工， 辅料和功能性能方面是否达到要求的标准；
- To check if the quality of the material, trims, and accessories used are correct, safe and functionally reliable;
- 检查相关材料和辅料的品质， 有关附件是否正确，安全和可靠的功能性；
- To work with QC to clarify and resolve outstanding technical problems, and to update product standards requirements;
- 与品质部沟通和解决突出的技术问题， 不断更新产品的标准和要求；
- To clearly highlight potential quality problems and necessary precautions to factories / QC before production;
- 生产前， 提出一些在生产中潜在技术问题供工厂，生产部和品质部参考；
- To provide technical support to factories and inspectors during production when needed;
- 在大货生产期间，给予工厂及品质部门提供技术支持；
- To travel to factories to figure out technical problems when necessary;
- 如有必要可以去工厂帮助解决技术问题。


Requirements:
任职要求：
- University graduate or above, graduated in garment engin or similar qualification.
- 纺织服装工程或相似的大学学历。
- At least 8 years solid relevant experience as Technician/QA.(e.g. fitting, size specification grading, paper pattern knowledge etc…)
- 8年以上的相关技术员的工作经历。（具备一定的FITTING, 做尺寸表，放码知识）
- Technical knowledge of woven/knit/sweater;
- 具有梭织，针织和毛衣的技术知识。
- Attentive to detail and well organized with good communication skills, self-motivated and pro-active;
- 注重细节， 组织有序并有较好的沟通技能， 自我激励，积极主动。
- Common computer knowledge related to work;(e.g. excel/ words, illustrator/ drawing etc…)
- 具备一定的与工作相关的电脑操作技能。 (如： excel/ words, illustrator/ drawing 等…)
- Good communication skill with factory and management skills to the technical team.
-良好的对外沟通技能， 以及较好的对技术员团队的管理技巧。
