主要职责：

主要负责MAX&Co 品牌营运管理工作：

- 确保零售店铺日常运作的正常进行

- 严格执行销售策略，提升区域内的各店铺销售业绩

- 全面负责店铺人员管理，确保服务流程符合公司要求

- 保持与公司各部门之间的良好协作，确保沟通顺畅

职位要求：

- 5年以上时装品牌零售店铺营运管理经验

- 对自营店铺管理有较强的实操和控制能力

- 有丰富的员工培训经验

- 优秀的执行能力和较好的沟通协调性，具亲和力，有进取心，耐心细致并有较强的团队合作意识

- 能适应频繁出差，并能承受较大的工作压力

- 英语书写熟练
