The KA Sales Manager will be responsible to support the channel such as Sephora, Sasa ,Airport, 1000colors , and SWAROVSKI Fashion store
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the country the KA year contract negotiations , regional KA customers annual contract negotiations (including the new approach , display , price adjustment , promotion , payment , chargeback ) . Coordination of regional KA terminal stores the terms of the contract trade for the year overall framework setting , guidance and assistance to the regional annual contract signed
负责全国NKA年度合同谈判,区域KA客户年度合同(包含新品进场、陈列、调价、促销、帐期、扣款)的谈判。协调各区域KA终端门店年度合同贸易条款的整体框架的设定,指导和协助各区域进行年度合同的签订
2. Formulate the development and operation of the Company's annual KA channel plans to ensure that the sales strategy with the company's overall strategy to maintain consistency
制定公司年度KA渠道的开发和运营计划,确保销售策略与公司的总体策略保持一致性
3. To develop the national KA expansion goals and strategies , and KA expand the resources allocated to the operation of the country's KA guidance , monitoring and management
制定全国KA的拓展目标和策略,并对KA拓展资源进行分配,对全国的KA运作进行指导、监控和管理
4. According to the company's market activity planning, fully implementing and monitoring activities , and according to market conditions , timely adjustment of marketing activities , in order to ensure the realization of sales targets ;
5. 根据公司的市场活动策划,全力执行及监督活动的开展,并根据市场情况,及时调整营销活动,以保证销售目标的实现
6. the National KA terminal stores a summary of the information , management, monthly summary of the terminal stores the cost of the project , analysis, the monthly terminal stores sales data summary , analysis, establishment of the KA channel terminal stores sales data and the costs of implementing database analysis system , the establishment of the company's KA channel terminal sales
全国KA终端门店资料的汇总、管理,每月各终端门店的项目费用的汇总、分析,每月终端门店销售数据的汇总、分析,建立公司KA渠道终端门店的销售数据和执行费用的数据库,建立公司的KA渠道终端销售分析系统
Requirements:

2. Strong essential skill: perfume, and consultation skills
3. Good communication skills, strong Negotiation skill
4. Good training/coaching skills
5. Strong execution skills
6. Business acumen
7. Willing to travel
