? Analyse and report on product performance, working with Category Manager A&C APAC on taking appropriate action to improve or sustain
? Ensure that run-ons/referrals for discontinued products are identified and implemented in all markets and other group and local conformance processes are followed.
? Responsible for all product introduction and adoption in the Automation and Controls technology area which includes price setting , margin review and compliance governance together with the Automation and Controls Category Manager.
? Assisting the Regional Product manager in GC for all day to day product management.
? To work with the Offer Create Team to optimize the product data.
? To assist the Category Manager AP and Regional Product Manager on developing local stocking decisions with Inventory and Planning team.
? To support Category Manager on local sales and marketing activities for that region.
? Support the deployment of the Global Product Strategy
? To assist the team on business analysis, such as inventory & investment simulation, stock turns analysis, price & margin simulation, etc


KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

? Minimum 3 -5 years in the Automation and Control environment, work education and experience.
? Experience of successful relationship development with suppliers /external partners
? Good knowledge of how Supply Chain Management works and Product Information Management
? Good analytical, financial and presentation skills
? Strong interpersonal skills to “make things happen” in a matrix and cross-cultural operating organisation
? Facilitate effective product promotion strategies with suppliers and Marketing team
? Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with a strong “customer first” commercial acumen
