主要职责：

1、负责与各部门制定与完善成本核算，对成本实施过程控制；
2、定期出具成本报表、财务分析报告给管理层，并提出降低成本的措施和建议；
3、组织对公司的库存进行定期或不定期盘点，定期监督库存实物盘点工作；
4、结合公司实际情况及产品生产特点，制定有效的成本核算及控制模式；
5、负责监督、稽核成本核算会计的工作，并就出现的问题及时上报。

任职要求：

1、本科学历，会计或财务管理专业；
2、熟悉税法、会计准则；
3、熟练使用财务软件，掌握ERP系统的使用；
4、能够承受压力，准时正确的完成报告；
5、五年以上会计工作经验，有三年以上总账、成本工作经验。
